The Data Collection:

James built a workflow that scrapes Google Maps for any service plus location. It pulls business names, reviews, contact details, and most importantly, analyses what customers actually complain about.

"We want to understand review volume and velocity," James explained. "That's a signal there's demand. But we also look at sentiment. If there's hundreds of reviews monthly but customers aren't happy? That sounds like opportunity."

The Content Creation Process:

James feeds those Google Maps reviews into another workflow. It creates newsletter content addressing every single customer complaint.
