Quick Update (+ Mind-Blowing AI Money Opportunity)

Hey there,

First off, apologies for being late this week.

I spent the weekend in mid-Wales visiting my in-laws. Is that relevant to what I'm building? Not really.

But after Portugal last week and Miami coming up (two weeks there starting next week), it's worth mentioning that this lifestyle is only possible because of all that trial and error I've been sharing with you.

Speaking of which:

Mind-Blowing AI Money Machine 

Cori Sanchez posted a video last week that absolutely floored me.

Here's the video:

She got ChatGPT to:

• Scan Facebook Marketplace for free items

• Schedule couriers to pick them up

• Relist them on Craigslist (or similar platforms)

Claims she made $1,000 (though she conveniently ignored the courier costs in her profit calculations).

But here's the thing: The concept is utterly brilliant.

By the way, that got me thinking about retail arbitrage and how AI could completely transform that game.

I've actually used one of my favorite AI research tools to produce a whole report on how this could be done. Reply to this email if you'd like the report.

Identifying AI Opportunities 

This reminds me of another video from Greg Isenberg where he outlined multi-billion-dollar AI opportunities.

His approach? Identify friction points.

Where do people have to move data from one platform to another? (Spreadsheet to slide deck, for example)

That friction identifies potential for AI optimization and business opportunity.

You Don't Need to Be an AI Wizard 

Look, if you haven't tapped the Master List yet, there's plenty of low-hanging fruit to start making money without any AI knowledge.

But for Bucket 2 and Bucket 3 (which I've talked about before), AI is absolutely fundamental now.

In fact, right now, I'm having a conversation with Claude, talking out my thoughts which will then get turned into this email based on my historical writing style.

This is the future: human-AI collaboration.

One more thing:

Today marks the start of the Cheltenham racing festival here in the UK.
